Where can I find dimensions of your furniture?

Please call SACS Furniture with the product SKU from the website, or visit our furniture outlet store.

How should I clean the upholstery on my furniture?

Most fabric furniture can be cleaned with a steam cleaner. For cleaning recommendations on premium upholstery furniture such as leather, please call us at 801-330-6420 for a recommendation.

How do I see the delivery status of my furniture? What should I expect after I place an online order?

We always notify you about the delivery date and time in advance. Additionally, you can always contact the office via phone or email for a reminder.

What if I can’t be home for my delivery during the scheduled time window?

Please let us know ahead of time so we can reschedule you. Or, let us know if we can drop off the furniture at your location.

Do delivery teams disassemble and remove old furniture?

We provide a full white glove delivery for new furniture, but at this time, we are unable to remove old furniture.

Can I pick up furniture if I don’t want delivery?

Yes, we have a “will call” at our furniture warehouse open. We are located at 2212 S West Temple #44, Salt Lake City, UT 84115.

Is financing available? How does it work?

Yes, we offer 100% in-house financing with convenient 30, 60, 90, or 120-day options.

Does the furniture come with a warranty?

Most furniture will come with a warranty from the manufacturer of the product.

What is your return policy?

All floor models are sold AS-IS and no exchanges, refunds, or alternative product replacements will be allowed.

All transactions are final, we exchange on a per case basis. No refunds once a transaction is complete! SACS Furniture’s costs are so low to the public, that we have allocated all our resources to make all sales final! You agree to our Terms & Conditions by providing your signature at checkout. Any disputes will be null & void.

Can I exchange my furniture?

All transactions are final, we exchange on a per case basis. We will only allow furniture exchanges up to 72 hours after product pick up or delivery. No refunds once a transaction is complete!

What is white glove delivery?

Our furniture delivery agents will bring all your items into your home, fully assemble the furniture, and place them where you would like without you lifting a finger. We will also dispose of all packing materials for you.

Can I mix and match furniture in sets?

Yes, if you want to get a little creative with your furniture selection or need an extra furniture item or 2 from a set, we are happy to accommodate your needs.
